About Us

Gary Parker is the co-founding President of the Indie Films Foundation, a 501c Non-profit dedicated to educating the next generation of filmmakers and producing positive uplifting motion pictures and documentaries. The IFF school offers hands-on real-world courses in class, on-line, and in the studio workshops. Gary is also the President of Dynamic Global Media LLC

and General Manager of KVQT Channel 21 in Houston Texas broadcasting Preview TV 21 available to over two million people in the Greater Houston area. He is responsible for the programming, operations, and sales of the station. As President of DGM and Quanah Productions, Inc. a full-service video production company since 1989. He started Metropolis Media, Inc 16 years ago as an internet broadcasting company. He began developing MyMtvNetwork known then as CityVU in 2003 as an on-line Television Network made up of affiliates from across the country broadcasting news, sports, and entertainment.

Gary has worked as a Producer, Director, Photographer, and Editor with 50 years’ experience. He also has produced Award winning documentaries and feature films. He has done freelance work for ABC, NBC, CBS, Lifetime, ESPN, BBC, HBO, BBC, and Sky TV Network. His Corporate Clients include Chevron, Halliburton, HP/Compaq, Houston Ballet, Mayor Bill White, City of Conroe, Montgomery County, State of Texas, Houston Astros, Conroe ISD, Austin ISD, Ford Motor Company, Shattered Lives, United Way,

The Woodlands Township and Continental Airlines.

Gary has been an inhouse media contractor for Chevron for over twenty-five years and Compaq Computers from 1997 to 2002.
